How to measure your foot
Length
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor and stand on it barefoot, with your weight spread evenly.
- Mark the paper at the back of your heel and at the tip of your longest toe. It's easier if someone helps you.
- Step off and measure the straight distance between the two marks in centimetres.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one. Find your measurement in the Foot Length column.
Girth (width)
- Stand barefoot with your weight on the foot and find the widest part, across the ball of your foot just behind your toes.
- Lay a soft tape measure over the top of your foot at that point, from the floor on one side to the floor on the other. Keep it snug but don't pull it tight. A piece of string works too; mark it and measure it against a ruler.
- Measure both feet and use the larger one. Find your measurement in the Foot Girth column.
Each sandal is 0.5–1.5cm bigger than your foot in both length and girth, so it isn't tight and your toes and heel won't sit right on the edge. If your measurements fit two sizes, choose the larger one for more room.
